Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 6 hours before a scheduled appointment via email or text will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 6 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.

Please be advised that refund is available if the cancellation made up to 6 hours before a scheduled appointment via email or text

Under the company refund policy (CSC), you need to provide

  1. Your full name/surname
  2. Email address
  3. Contact number
  4. Address of the job site
  5. Start date/time of the service/s

As soon we get notified of your refund, our accounting department will assess and make the refund processed within seven business days into your nominated bank account; the funds may take an additional five business days to reach your account.
